Frequently Asked Questions
Before you book
Anyone who loves to play and travel — whether you're coming solo, as a couple, or with friends. Our groups are small and sociable, so you'll always feel part of things.
Not at all. Our coaching runs from complete beginner to competitive player, and with a 1:6 coach-to-player ratio you're always working at the right level for you.
Beginner: New to the game, still learning the rules and basic shots.
Improver: Comfortable in rallies and building consistency.
Intermediate: Solid on dinks, serves and returns, starting to use strategy.
Advanced: Confident competitive play and shot selection.
Across the retreat you'll be matched against a mix of players, and you can always ask your host to move you if a group feels too easy or too tough.
Groups are kept to 12–15 players, with a maximum of one coach to every six players.

Please note any allergies, dietary requirements or special requests on the booking form so we can plan
around them — this matters especially for the curated meals.
Yes — we set up a group chat closer to departure so you can get to know your fellow players and stay updated.
On the trip
A morning coaching session, a free afternoon to relax (spa, pool, beach), and an evening session — with the tournament and the farewell celebration built into the final day.
Of course. This is your holiday — there's no obligation to attend every session, so rest whenever you need to and just give your host a heads-up so they can plan the day around it.
A friendly tournament alongside the local pickleball community — a great way to test your game and connect with players beyond the group.
